Warranty services:

Service items within two years after the date of purchase are as follows

Stopping or any inaccuracy caused by non-human factors during the use of watch.

2

Declining performance of the watch due to magnetic effect.

3

Water inlet fault caused by defective parts of the watch used in normal use environment.

4

Watch case or literal word stud, stone, trademark, calendar frame, ring mouth, screw fall off due to non-human factors.

Thank you for choosing our products. In case of any problem with your watch during use, you can show the valid warranty certificate and purchase invoices and enjoy our professional after-sales service.

Our global warranty service covers any material and fabrication defects, which are found during the delivery of our watches you buy. Only after the warranty card is fully and accurately completed by the brand or authorized retailer and stamped (as Valid Warranty Card), with the date of purchase marked, will the warranty service be effective.

Dear customers

When your watch is found with any quality problems within the warranty scope within warranty period, please carry valid warranty certificates and purchase invoices to our watch maintenance headquarters, we will provide you with free service. There may be replacement of replacement parts or exchange of similar goods in the maintenance process of your watch. If so, please be understanding.

Any of the following is not covered by the warranty services:

Normal wear and aging of watchcase, watchband, glass, ring mouth, handle, and other outer parts; and movement damage and loss of waterproof function caused by artificial damages to the any of these workpieces.

Any damages to the watch which is not used in normal environment, such as waterproof function loss or damaged parts when the watch is used in sauna environment or strong vibration environment.

Aging or discoloration of leather watchband, knitting band, rubber band; and any wear and fading of plating parts.

Any indirect loss of any kind caused by any defects or imprecision of our products.

Any of our products that have been torn apart by any unauthorized person (e.g. battery replacement, maintenance and repair); or our products that have been altered from their original condition outside the control of the brand.
